The “Customers Bill of Rights”

This blog is a way for me to giving back to my community. I would like to start this blog entry with a big thank you to you for reading and commenting on my blog post about “Tankless water heaters” I had almost 450 views and over 40 comments in a week. I hope I informed you and helped you make a good decision about replacing your water heater with themodel right for your home. Some of the comments were from clients of mine that we had replaced water heaters for. Many were from women and men all over the country who appreciated the unbiased information.

    Great ideals that I wish every service company would follow – now that would be a great law!! My favorite is giving the price up-front; my opinion is that it is incredibly unprofessional and unfair for a service “professional” to charge by the hour when the homeowner has no control over how long they’ll take to do the job. Keep up the good work.
